Yay for posting! (only said by those who have no one to hang out with this weekend)

Here is the foyer that all four of us share. It has a sink, huge mirror, shower, and toilet. Toni and Emily moved their fridge and microwave into the area as well. My room is the door to the right of the coats.
So, in my lonliness I have decided I will eat, do laundry, and work. Oh yes, and post pictures of my dorm room (Rianna did after all). I don't know if any of you really care, but here they are nonetheless:

Here is room 907. I share the area with three girls, Emily, Toni, and Sam.

This is a close-up of the cool little name-tag things that our RA, Jenna made for us. Too bad that I'm not going to be showing as much school spirit as these little name-tags suggest (I'm going home over homecoming and likely not going to the football game or parade).

This is the view of my room from the foyer. My bed and stuff is on the left side of the room and Sam occupies the right side.

Underneath my lofted bed I have my huge and comfortable chair. I brought along another desk which turned out to be more of a shelf for books, movies, food, etc. On top is the beautiful picture James painted for me as a graduation present. Unfortunately, the picture is too heavy to hang on the wall with only sticky tack.

Here is my actual desk where I do homework (sometimes). It has a huge corkboard backing it which is quite useful. As you can see, I'm kind of messy. Love fern is immediately behind the chair (you can see one of it's limbs).

Last, but certainly not least, my room would not be a college dorm room without my roomate Sam. She's really laid-back and nice. Oh, and to any of the guys out there, I'm sorry, but she has a boyfriend.

Sarah!!!
I hope your weekend went well- we miss you here! Maybe, if you ever get a chance to come down here, we can have a second homecoming, just for you. We can even light a sparkler-firework and do a reenactment of the football game. And we can even go to applebees after half-time, just to make it authentic. *Cyber-Hug*
Ooh... That looks like a very nice dorm. I agree with Sara. If you come visit, we'll do a bunch of stuff just for you! I'm sure Ryan would be delighted to blow something up for you. *joins in hugging*
Oh, pretty pictures of your dorm! :) I missed you a lot this weekend; it would have been lots and lots of fun if you had been here. But when you come back, we'll definitely have to do something fun for you too!
No kidding! I'm all for reliving homecoming, as long as we can skip the football part. I still want to know what the foorball team was doing on the Band Field... Anyways, son't feel bad, Sarah, I, too am going home for Hamline's homecoming weekend. Hahaha. It's actually this coming weekend, and even though I was just home, I didn't get to see my siblings, so I'm going home two weekends in a row. I'm thinking about getting a plant for my room, because I see how much joy "Love Fern" has brought you.
Since Pelkey has already determined I'm gay, why didn't you warn me that she had a boyfriend?
So college...
it's depressing.
