Maybe the tips about avoiding rape that my grandma gave me will come in handy
So basically, on August 29th some girl outside of a dorm about a block from mine was grabbed from behind by a young black male. He grabbed her around the waist and her right arm. He used sexually "graphic" commentary. He then proceeded to follow her to her car. She drove away and left him there. The police are still looking for him. I think that is a little creepy. But oh well. I guess maybe I shouldn't be walking alone across campus at night after I just got done working out.

That's definately a good idea. Believe it or not, I was walking to my dorm semi-alone when it was semi-dark, and I was carrying that pen your grandma gave me. No joke.
Be careful! And yes, definitely a good idea.
*kind of feels bad now* so you mean I shouldn't have gone for an hour and a half walk, alone, at night, in the rain? I was on the phone with Jann. it was rather enjoyable. :D I'm such a freak. but NDSU is significantly scarier than Concordia. take care, dearie. *hugs*
