Just Curious.

I asked my grandma this question yesterday, and she gave me an answer I didn't expect. So, here goes.
What would you classify as the top historical/political event(s) that have taken place since 1930? (limit of 5)

Now I'm curious to know if your lists are anywhere close to mine. Humor me? Please?
